Fragrant dried balsam! IT'S NOT JUST FOR CHRISTMAS ANYMORE. Its long-lasting scent is the natural aromatherapy. We sell loose balsam to quilters, craftspeople, and those who use it as potpourri. We also sell balsam-filled sachets, draft stoppers, hot mats, computer wrist pillows, pincushions and mug rugs in sets of four. Known as the Warm Friendship Herb, balsam is perfect to give as a gift any time of year.

All items are handmade in Vermont by Balsam Sue and daughter, Aimee. Each is made to order - especially for you! We offer fast service and response time. I welcome inquiries for custom balsam orders. Want a fabric that isn't shown here? Contact me to discuss other choices. I have many different colors and designs to choose from. I welcome working with individual customers to create exactly what they have in mind. Emailing fabric pictures is not a problem for us. The Catnip Napper and "Cute as a Button" Sweater Pillows are examples of what can be created with repurposed wool sweaters.
